Throughout November 2022, AWHI will offer two distinct 50-hour training modules in The Foundations of Yin Yoga (50hrs) and Advanced Yin Yoga Training (50hrs), which can be taken individually or for a combined 100-hr certificate. Yin YTT programme offers the theory, philosophy, anatomy, teaching and sequencing techniques that will enable you to experience and facilitate the profound physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits of Yin Yoga.
