Class Descriptions
Align - A non-heated vinyasa class working towards a specific alignment point, philosophical focus or peak pose.
Beginners Flow - A non-heated slower paced class to create strong foundations for your vinyasa practice. Suitable for all levels.
Gentle Flow - A non-heated, gentle slow flow that incorporates active stretching to enhance flexibility and mobility. An opportunity to limber up and quiet the mind without building too much heat. Suitable for all-levels.
Guided Meditation - A guided group meditation open to all. A perfect way to find space & clarity in your day.
Heart Flow - A non-heated practice using slow and spacious poses to bring care and attention to the emotions that remain bound in our muscles. This class moves beyond the physical to explore a much deeper unconscious wisdom.
Heated Flow - A dynamic vinyasa style class heated to 32 degrees. Open to all levels.
Hot HIIT Pilates - A heated 60-minute full-body workout combining Pilates and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to target the core and back body with low-impact strengthening exercises like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers.
Pilates - Looking for new ways to compliment your yoga practice? These classes will be focused primarily on core stability in order to gain maximum control of the whole body. Open to all fitness levels, these classes are a fantastic opportunity to round out your overall asana practice.
Prenatal Yoga - An all-levels class centred on birth physiology, mind-body connection, functional movements, breathing & relaxation techniques, pelvic floor health, and birth & pushing position. Suitable to any stage of pregnancy.
Strong Flow - Advance your practice with a strong vinyasa flow that incorporates dynamic transitions, arm balances and inversions in a non-heated environment. Increase endurance and strength in a mindful, purposeful way.
Yin - A gentle floor based practice with long passive holds. Works on softening the connective tissues & quietening the mind.
Yin MFR - Yin combined with the use of yoga therapy balls and foam rollers to massage and release knots and blockages. Helps to correct imbalances by targeting trigger points in the body, releasing tension and alleviating pain.
Yoga Nidra - A deeply relaxing guided meditation known as ‘yogic sleep’ done lying down. Activates the body’s natural relaxation response while releasing energetic blockages and negative mental impressions.
Yoga with Bubs! - A gentle yoga class for parents (dads included!) to enjoy some conscious movement and connection in a relaxed space where babies are welcome! (Approx 4 weeks until crawling). Perfect for yoga beginners or those returning to exercises after birth.
