Understand the fundamentals of your cycle and hormone health in order to improve overall wellbeing and become better advocates for our personal health. We will explore why period health matters to our overall health, how hormones can be disrupted and what we can do in our daily life to improve hormone balance. Melissa will also discuss therapeutic yoga techniques from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective that can support you during various stages of your menstrual cycle.

ANYONE! This workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the relationship between hormones and wellbeing! It’s also a great workshop for partners who want to better understand how they can support the hormone health of their loved ones! (P.S. There is no yoga involved)!
