Direct Debit

AWHI Yoga will deduct your fortnightly OR monthly payment from your debit/credit card or bank account at no hassle to you.

  • 3 month minimum commitment required (minimum spend of $414.00 total or $330 concession)

  • Unlimited classes at AWHI Yoga + Member Benefits

  • No set up fee

  • After the contract is complete, the debits will continue unless AWHI is advised in writing (by email) 14 days prior to next payments. You may continue to practice and enjoy all membership benefits during this cancellation period

  • Any and all arrears payments are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full

  • Please note that for credit card payments, ‘EziDebit NZ’ will appear on your statement as the payment reference

  • Declined or dishonoured payments will incur a one-time fee of $14.95 charged 5 days after the failed transaction. NB: This charge is actioned by EZiDebit — AWHI does not receive this money, and cannot reverse the charge!


Pauses / Holds

You may put your account on hold (pause / suspension) when you’re going away or need to step back from your practice for any reason.

  • Pauses/holds must be for a minimum of 2 conseuctive weeks at at time. There is a maximum of 8 consecutive weeks per 3-month contract

  • We require 14 days WRITTEN notice by email to put holds into effect - kiaora@awhiyoga.co.nz

  • We do not honour backdated or historical suspensions.


To Cancel

  • You must email AWHI Yoga directly to request the termination of your membership at kiaora@awhiyoga.co.nz

  • We require 14 days WRITTEN notice by email (kiaora@awhiyoga.co.nz) before your next payment date to terminate your account. You may continue to practice and enjoy all membership benefits during this cancellation period.

  • Direct debit memberships can only be terminated once the 3-month minimum contract has been fulfilled.
