Introduction to Kundalini Yoga: 2-week course

An opportunity to experience Kundalini yoga with an experienced Kundalini teacher and practitioner, Julie Sayasane! You’ll learn basic principles and techniques specific to this tradition in these 90-minute sessions designed for all levels of experience and practice. Enrol for just one or both sessions!

  • Class #1: Intro to Kundalini - Breathing, Mantras, Bandhas, Pranayam, Releasing Blockages

  • Class #2: Becoming Aware, Self Love - Opening awareness to yourself and others, being kind to yourself

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of participants, full refunds will only be issued 5 days before the session start date. We cannot issue refunds within 5 days of class date, as this prevents others from enrolling.

Please note that minimum numbers are also required to run these sessions. If minimum enrolments are not met, we will issue you a full refund!

What to Bring

Mats, props and herbal tea are complementary with your booking. You might like to bring a journal/notebook and pen, towel and water bottle.

About the Facilitator

Julie Sayasane began her yoga journey in 2013 when she found a yoga therapy book at a used bookstore. It somehow found her at a time where she was questioning her truth and purpose in life. Practicing yoga has not only helped find her purpose, but also in helping others heal to discover theirs.

She has run retreats in Australia on conscious eating with up and coming chefs and plans to host more retreats in New Zealand and overseas. From Julie:

TRAINING BACKGROUND:

  • 2016 - 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training

  • 2018 - Foundations of Kundalini Yoga Therapy; 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

  • 2019 - Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, and Reiki Level Two
