Everybody has layers of built-up toxins, and laughter is a strong purification. Fear, anxiety, and anger is mostly stored in the belly. Laughter works to balance the manipura chakra which results in freedom from anxiety. When laughter happens, strong blocks and conditioning leave the mind. Experience how laughter can take you into a state of meditation, and nobody can take your bliss away once you realise you are the Bliss.
This is a workshop for everyone! All levels of experience are welcome. Bring an open mind, comfortable clothes, a journal and a yoga mat (you can also borrow one from the studio).

About the Facilitator
Satvika Iyer (they/them) is delighted to offer this workshop for their community in Pōneke. Satvika has completed 200hr YTT certification at AWHI in Vinyasa yoga, and will soon be completing a 400hr Yoga Wellness Instructor course which covers Hatha Yoga, philosophy, meditation and pranayama. They have also completed meditation teacher training (Kundalini yoga) with Dr. Omanand Guruji in India under the Guru-Shishya tradition. With a focus on stilling the mind through intentional breath and flowing movement, Satvika’s classes are an inclusive space where you can feel comfortable in your truth.
