An epic adventure deep inside yourself to lands that only exists in magical realms. This Sound Journey begins and ends with a short guided visualisation to set the scene. At this potent time, what's coming through you? What do you need to call forth? What is your heart's longing?

The primordial sound of the didgeridoo transports people into ancient landscapes and ancestral memories. Travel beyond time and space, see visions and gain valuable insights. Sika creates a safe space to relax deeply and connect with our inner guidance. Most people choose to lie down.

What to Bring?

The studio has mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows available, but please feel free to bring your own and anything else you need to sit or lie down comfortably. Also recommend a water bottle and a journal.

Sika is a New Zealand based sound artist dedicated to creating music that enhances our spiritual & human relationship with nature.

Giving voice to wood, skin, bone, stone & shell, Sika records live loops & works with the elemental sounds of water, stone, fire, trees, animals and
wind to create powerful soundscapes..

He has been performing and recording Sound Journeys for over thirty years and has the blessing of Māori, Native American and Aboriginal elders, including the Yuin tribe of South Australia. He is deeply humbled to share these sounds with people around the world.
