Unlocking Vitality Through Perimenopause

  • AWHI Yoga & Wellbeing Level 2, 15 Johnston Street Wellington New Zealand (map)

Perimenopause is a natural phase in a woman's life that marks the transition towards menopause. This crucial stage can bring about various physical and emotional changes, but with the right knowledge and holistic approach, it can be navigated with grace and vitality.

This presentation will aim to build a better understanding of what perimenopause entails and how to navigate it holistically. Armed with practical insights, attendees will be empowered to:

  • Recognise the signs and symptoms of perimenopause.

  • Implement lifestyle changes to manage symptoms and promote well-being.

  • Make informed dietary choices that support hormonal balance and overall health: understand why our metabolic health is so important.

  • Embrace this phase as a natural progression and an opportunity for personal growth.

100% of women will enter this phase of life. You do not have to navigate this alone. Become part of a conversation and community where you feel and offer awhi and manaaki to yourself and others going through perimenopause.
