This Cacao & Yin journey will be held by Juan Diaz, Connie Causa & David Schneider - experienced yogis and plant medicine practitioners who have been dedicating their life to this path, sharing from their unique approaches to the body, mind and spirit, combining years of experience for participants to take have an experiential learning of these healing medicines.

A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to explore one of the most sacred super foods of the world, known and used by centuries by many communities in central and south America for its power to open and heal the heart, alongside many other health benefits to the body. The context of a ceremony creates a sacred space for exploration, healing, liberation and empowerment of the self. In combination with Yin Yoga, we can begin to transcend many of our limiting thoughts and beliefs, remembering our essence and our true purpose.
