Back by popular demand, AWHI co-owner and teacher extraordinaire Tom Brotherstone will be leading an Arm Balance workshop at AWHI on Saturday, 6th April 12-2:30pm.

Then join us in a fun workshop that brings together an understanding of relevant anatomy and functional movement. We will also explore facial lines and a felt understanding of recruiting strength to feel confident and understand what it is to experience lightness through engagement.
If you are a RYT with Yoga Alliance, you can also earn Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (CE) credits for enrolling in this course!

Who is this workshop for?
The workshop is suitable for people of ALL abilities and skill levels! Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, Tom will provide a tailored level challenge for you and your body.
This course qualifies for Continuing Education (CE) credits with Yoga Alliance.
What to bring
An open mind and adventurous spirit! Water bottle and towel recommended. Mat hire and all props are included in ticket price but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!

Tom (he/him) is an E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher who completed his training in Rishikesh, India. He has subsequently been teaching Yin and Vinyasa for the past 8 years. Tom has also been competing and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for last 10 years. His focus now is on building community through both practices, providing a supportive platform for the growth and self-discovery of others.
