Hot HIIT Pilates Pop-Up!

Sunday Funday!

As part of our rotating Sunday Funday afternoon classes, we’re adding a heated 60-minute Pilates-meets-HIIT (high intensity interval training) with KK! to the timetable! These sessions will run every 3rd Sunday, 2-3pm.

This full-body workout targets the core and back body with low-impact strengthening exercises like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers. It’s challnging, but you can definitely do it! Alternate variations are offered for each movement, making this class accessible to all ages, fitness levels and bodies!

What to bring

Towel, mat, drink bottle and a good time! Towels can be hired for $3 and mats for $2 at the studio if you don’t bring your own!
