Join us for a 4-day spring retreat designed to nourish, restore and reset the body, mind and soul. Our five days together will consist of daily meditation, Yoga (both vinyasa and yin for all levels), yoga nidra, nature walks, creative activities, wānanga, self-inquiry, laughter and joy!
