The Art & Anatomy of Yin
Two 50-hour modules, independently certified or combined for 100 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance.
A thorough study of stillness
Yin yoga is a practice of patient attention. Unlike vinyasa, which works through dynamic movement, Yin works through sustained stillness — holding postures for extended periods to target the connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. It is a practice that changes the nervous system as much as the body.
Our 50/100hr Yin YTT is structured across two 50-hour modules. Module 1 is open to all — no teaching certification required. Module 2 requires at least 20 hours of prior Yin practice or teacher training.
