Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training
A pathway to 500-hour certified yoga teacher status. Structured as standalone modules — accessible to deepening practitioners, CE-seeking teachers, and those pursuing full 300hr certification.
Three ways to participate
Unlike most advanced trainings, many of our 300hr modules are open to everyone — not just certified teachers. Here's how students typically engage with the programme.
Deepen your practice
You're a dedicated practitioner who wants to explore yoga anatomy, philosophy, or sequencing at an advanced level. No teaching certification required for most modules. Perfect for curious minds who simply want to go deeper.
Earn CE credits
You hold a 200hr (or higher) certification and want to maintain or expand your Yoga Alliance registration with Continuing Education (CE) hours. Each module delivers between 15 and 35 CE hours.
Full 300hr certification
You hold a 200hr CYT and want to add a 300-hour certification, becoming a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) registered with Yoga Alliance. Complete all required modules plus two electives.
What you'll study
The 300hr curriculum is divided into required modules and electives. Required modules total 270 hours; you select two electives (15 hours each) to reach 300 hours total. Each module can be taken independently or as part of the full certification pathway.
