Heated Flow
Our most popular class — a dynamic, heated vinyasa. Strong movement, steady breath. The heat keeps the energy high.
Power Vinyasa
All-levels class with varied sequencing every session. Available heated and non-heated — expect strength, flow, and a satisfying challenge.
Hot HIIT Pilates
A 60-minute heated full-body workout combining Pilates precision with high-intensity intervals. Build strength from the inside out.
Yin Yoga
Gentle floor-based practice with long passive holds — deeply nourishing for the body, nervous system, and mind.
Yin & MFR
Yin yoga combined with myofascial release using yoga therapy balls and foam rollers. Deeply restorative for tight connective tissue.
Align
Non-heated vinyasa focused on alignment, philosophy, or a peak pose. Great for those wanting to go deeper into the detail of their practice.
Pilates
Core-focused classes available heated and non-heated, complementing your movement practice. Build functional strength, stability, and body awareness.
Power Pilates
All-levels non-heated Pilates using resistance bands and straps to challenge and support your full-body movement.
Beginners Flow
A slower-paced, foundational class suitable for all — especially those brand new to yoga. Learn the basics in a warm, welcoming space.
Guided Meditation
Group meditation accessible to absolutely everyone. No experience needed — just arrive and be guided into stillness.
Yoga Nidra
A guided relaxation meditation performed lying down. Known as "yogic sleep" — profoundly restorative for body and mind.
Prenatal Yoga
Birth-focused instruction addressing the physiology of pregnancy and pelvic floor health. Safe, supportive, and specifically designed for expecting parents.
