Foundations of Yin
50/100 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training - Module 1 Worth 50 credits with Yoga Alliance.
Yin yoga is a practice of patient attention. Unlike vinyasa, which works through dynamic movement, Yin works through sustained stillness - holding postures for extended periods to target the connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. It is a practice that changes the nervous system as much as the body.
Who is this training for?
This intensive provides the foundational training required to become a qualified Yin Yoga instructor, but is open to anyone who desires to deepen their yoga practice, you do not have to be a certified yoga teacher. This training is suitable for all bodies and levels of practice and covers:

- Sequencing and teaching methodology

Rosie Sievers
200hr Vinyasa YTT · Yin yoga · Trauma-informed yoga · Embryology Rosie has spent over 10 years facilitating Yin and Vinyasa yoga, teacher trainings, retreats and group spaces, driven by a fascination with how bodies move, feel and heal. As a craniosacral and massage therapist, she brings a practitioner's understanding of the body into her teaching, bridging science and embodied wisdom. She loves teaching and exploring movement and anatomy through felt sense, helping students discover how nothing in the body works in isolation, and how our inner world is always in relationship with the world around us. Her aim is to help people grow comfort and confidence in their own skin, and to trust their body's natural intelligence.
