Pilates Technique Breakdown with Luisa

Move beyond simply doing Pilates and learn how to do it well. Luisa will guide you through a detailed breakdown of key Pilates movements, focusing on:

  • Proper technique and alignment
  • Breathwork and pelvic floor activation
  • How to build strength safely and effectively
  • Progressions that help you get more out of every session

Women's Hormonal Health & Training with Eli

Most women train hard and still feel stuck — not because they're doing it wrong, but because they're missing one layer: their hormones. Eli will break down how your body's natural rhythms influence your energy, strength and recovery, and what to actually do with that information.

  • How hormonal phases affect your training capacity
  • How to plan your routine in a realistic, sustainable way
  • Why syncing movement with your cycle improves results and reduces burnout

She'll map each hormonal stage to the natural flow of a Pilates class — from breathwork and pelvic floor connection, to warm-up, to higher-intensity phases, and back down to cool-down. A framework you can actually use.

Luisa is a Certified Pilates instructor with a passion for holistic wellbeing, specialising in body awareness, injury prevention, and mindful movement. Trained in physiology and anatomy, she creates safe and inclusive classes for all levels. Her classes offer a full-body workout that builds strength, balance, and body awareness. Luisa empowers individuals through movement to improve everyday life.
