Workshop 5 & 26 September 2026

Mantra, Pranayama
& Meditation

Explore the foundational theory, embodied practice, and teaching methodology of Pranayama, Meditation, and Mantra as core limbs of yoga.

This intensive workshop explores the foundational theory, embodied practice, and teaching methodology of pranayama, meditation, and mantra — three of the most profound and transformative limbs of yoga.

Over two full days (plus pre-recorded content to complete in your own time), you'll cover breathing physiology and the subtle body, foundational meditation techniques across multiple lineages, the ethics of mantra, and safe trauma-aware instruction. The workshop includes extensive practice teaching time with peer feedback — so you leave not just informed, but ready to teach.
