A practical weekend intensive for yoga teachers to develop skills and learn the art of delivering effective assists in the classroom. These are not "adjustments", nor "corrections" — but assists designed to enhance your students' practice.

Who is this for?
Certified yoga teachers looking to deepen their knowledge, understanding, and competency in providing verbal and manual assists — adding depth and connection to your teachings. This course can also be taken with some level of yoga teacher training for professional development purposes; please get in touch if you'd like to discuss.
Counts towards the AWHI 300hr pathway or as 15 CE credits with Yoga Alliance.
